Middletown Police Need Help Identifying Flashing Suspect

Middletown – Just as the New Castle County Police have announced an arrest in a series of butt grabbing incidents at Glasgow Park, the Middletown Police are asking for help identifying another man accused of a series of indecent exposure incidents in their town.

The Middletown Police is actively investigating a series of indecent exposure incidents, according to Middletown Police Chief Michael Iglio. Iglio said over the course of the last few months, apparently the same suspect has been linked to at least four incidents, three of which occurred in the downtown commercial district.

In each of those cases the suspect exposed his genitalia to a female victim, according to Iglio.  The suspect is described as a black male in his late teens to early twenties, short crew cut style hair cut, medium complexion, approximately 5’09-6’0” in height, with an average build.

The Middletown Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying this suspect. If anyone has information regarding this suspect please contact Detective Joshua Stafford at [email protected] or 302-376-9955; the Middletown Police Department Tipline @ http://www.middletownde.org/Crime-Tip-Line/
