Newport – Multiple police agencies are currently on scene in the area of Route 141 and Boxwood Road for reports of man in the roadway.
Police are trying to talk to a man who is running around naked on Route 141.
Reports from the scene indicate that at least one driver has crashed after trying to avoid the man.
