Man Shot In Chester, Pa. Crosses Into Delaware, Flags Down Ambulance

Wilmington – Wilmington Police are investigating an shooting that came to their attention at approximately 4:00 pm this afternoon. Officials said that a private vehicle was transporting a shooting victim to the hospital and while en route to the hospital, the driver flagged down a passing ambulance.

Officials have determined that the shooting occurred in Chester, Pennsylvania, but have not release many details.

The victim, a 23-year-old male from Chester, Pennsylvania, sustained a gun shot wound to the right side of his torso, according to police.
