Wilmington – On the morning of Sunday, 25 February 2018, at approximately 9:24 am, EMS and police were called to a residence, located in the 2300 block of N. Market Street, in reference to a person who had been shot, according to Wilmington Police.
Officials said upon arrival, officers located within the residence, Richard Young, 38-years-old, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said that this act does not appear to be random in nature. The investigation is ongoing.
