Marshallton – Delaware State Police are currently on scene conducting a death investigation at a fast food restaurant in the 4300 block Kirkwood Highway. Reports from the scene indicate that medics confirmed the person is deceased.
Troopers were observed questioning witnesses behind the restaurant in the parking lot. It’s believed the body was found in a car in the parking lot but that has yet to been confirmed.
