Wilmington – Rescue crews, along with Delaware State Police have responded to I-95 NB in the area of Frawley Stadium for reports of an injury accident.
Early reports indicate that that at least one person has been ejected and debris from a demolished Jersey barrier has crossed over to the south bound lanes. I-95 is shutdown in both directions.
Trooper 4 is landing now. We’re gathering more information.
