Multiple Disabled Tractor Trailers Shut Down Delaware Memorial Bridge

New Castle – The Delaware Memorial Bridge is a parking lot. Delaware River and Bay Authority Police (DRBA) are currently working to remove a minimum of ten tractor trailers that are disabled on the up-slope of the northbound span, according to DRBA Spokesman James Salmon.

Traffic is backed up to Churchmans Marsh on I-95 NB. Route 9 and Route 13 are both backeup as well.
