Elkton – Firefighters from across Cecil County Maryland, along with crews from Newark’s Aetna Hose, Hook, and Ladder have responded to 955 Blueball Road in Elkton, for reports of an explosion with fire.
Upon arrival crews have found the building with heavy fire showing. Reports from the scene indicate that the building may have partially collapsed.
