Reports: Motorcycle Struck By Car In Glasgow, One to Hospital

Newark – Just after 10:45 this morning rescue crews from the Christiana Fire Company, along with Delaware State Police responded to Route 896 NB at Route 40 for a vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.

Upon arrival, crews found the rider suffering for injuries sustained in the accident. Early reports indicate that the motorcycle was struck by a car at low speed and that the bike may have fallen on the rider.

The patient was transported to Christiana Hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
