Police officers and rescue crews from across the region are responding to multiple motor vehicle accidents due to the snow.
A Delaware State Police Trooper responding to a crash at I-495 and Philidelphia Pike was rear-ended at around 12:40 this afternoon.
The Trooper reported that he is uninjured. The driver of the striking vehicle is also uninjured.
Rescue crews have been responding to injury accidents throughout the morning.
