Newark – Newark Police are trying to corral a horse on the loose.
At last report, the horse is trotting down Barksdale Road towards the Maryland state line.
Update: The horse has entered the Gore Plant on Barksdale. Animal control units are responding.
Barksdale Road is restricted in the area.
