Just In: Route 13 SB Down To One Lane In Camden-Wyoming Due To Crash

Just before  12:00 on Monday, rescue crews from the Camden-Wyoming Fire Company along with Kent County Medics and Trooper 4 were dispatched to 4992 South Dupont Highway (Route 13) near the  Kent county library for a reported motor vehicle crash with ejections.

Initial reports from the scene indicate that a vehicle traveling NB crossed over into the SB lanes ejected the driver.

Arriving crews reported that the driver was not ejected and recalled the helicopter.

The driver was transported to the hospital via Camden-Wyoming Fire Company with undetermined injuries.

Crews remain on scene blocking the right lane.
