Police: Man Charged With Robbing 87-Year-Old, Released On Unsecured Bond

The Dover Police Department has arrested Isiah Trotter, 30, in connection with the March 19th robbery of an 87-year-old man, according to M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer.

At around 11:42 on Thursday, officers responded to The Depot parking lot, located at 595 Forrest Street, for a report of a robbery. Hoffman said officers learned that a black male suspect, Trotter, pinned the elderly man against his vehicle and forcibly removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim.

He was charged with Robbery 1st Degree and released on a $20,000 unsecured bond.
