Newark – On Wednesday evening several First State Update readers reported seeing the New Castle County Police “Bomb Squad” at the corner of Lisbeth Road and Brennan Drive in the Todd Estates Development.
Photos show the NCCPD Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit (Bomb Squad) using a robot at the scene. The photos also show one officer walking to and from a nearby home, dressed in a bomb suit.
At this point, County Police have not released and details regarding the incident or why the road was closed.
