While en route crews learned that a child was trapped on a third-floor balcony.

First arriving crews have reported fire showing from the building. Minutes after arrival crews reported that the child was recused by good samaritans on scene.

Shortly after the report, Wilmington Manor Command was altered that a second subject may be trapped in the building as well.

Update: A search of all three affected buildings met with negative results. No other trapped occupants.
