Man Hospitalized After Tuesday Night Crash

At approximately 9:25 p.m., New Castle County Paramedics (NCCEMS), Holloway Terrace Fire Company, Minquadale Fire Company, and Delaware State Police Aviation were dispatched to the intersection of New Castle Avenue and Terminal Avenue in New Castle for a motor vehicle collision with a subject reported unconscious.

Upon arrival, New Castle County Paramedics found a 40-year-old man who was treated for a possible head injury. He was transported to Christiana Hospital via Holloway Terrace Fire Company ambulance, accompanied by New Castle County Paramedics, in stable condition, according to NCCEMS Assistant PIO Emily Mallon.

A second patient was transported to Christiana Hospital via Minquadale Fire Company ambulance with minor injuries.

Delaware State Police is investigating the crash.
