Wilmington Police have identified that man that was fatally shot on March 17, 2022.
Police said at approximately 2:00 they located 24-year-old Sarpee Collins suffering from gunshot wounds in the 600 block of North Jefferson Street. Collins was transported to the hospital in critical condition, however, he later succumbed to his injuries.
