Officials are investigating a crash involving a local fire company.
Just before 7:00 police responded to I-295 at the Landers Lane exit in New Castle for reports of an accident with entrapment.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that crews from the Minquadale Fire Company Rescue 22 were struck by a tractor-trailer. Our understanding is that those injured have been transported to the hospital.
