South College Avenue Liquor Store Burglarized In Newark

On February 12, 2023, at about 0130 hours, Newark Police responded to 896 Liquors, 1017 South College Avenue, for a burglar alarm activation.  Arriving officers found one of the business’ windows broken. 

Further investigation determined that unknown suspect(s) entered the store and removed property belonging to the business.

Officials said surveillance video is currently being reviewed by Detectives.
