The Dover Police Department is currently investigating a shooting that left two people hospitalized this morning.
Just before 1:30 Sunday, rescue crews responded to the 100 block of Lockerman Street in Dover for reports of a shooting.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that two people were found suffering from gunshot wounds prior to being rushed to nearby Kent General Hospital.
The condition of the two patients is unknown at this time. This is a developing story. Additional information will be provided when it becomes available.
