Delaware State Police have arrested a Millsboro man in connection with a home invasion earlier this month in Georgetown.
Robert Berry, 44, was taken into custody on May 28 after detectives identified him as the suspect in the incident, which occurred May 15 in the 24000 block of Lawson Road.

Troopers were called to the home at about 10:30 a.m. after a security vendor reported a panic alarm activation. Investigators said an 83-year-old woman activated the alarm after an unknown man forced his way into her home as she opened the front door.
Once inside, police said the suspect pointed a handgun at the woman and demanded to see another person he believed was inside the residence. The woman was able to lock herself in a bedroom and activate the panic alarm while the suspect searched the home before leaving.
Berry was taken to Troop 4, where he was charged with attempted first-degree robbery, first-degree home invasion burglary, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person previously convicted of two violent felonies, and aggravated menacing.
He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $166,000 cash bond.
