Wilmington manor – Rescue crews from the Wilmington Fire Company, along with Delaware State Troopers, New Castle County Paramedics and New Castle County Police have responded to Route 13 near Boulden Blvd for an accident with injuries.
The road has ben closed for over an hour and is expected to remain closed for some time.
