Police: 52-Year-Old Suspected Heroin Dealer Charged And Released

On April 26 at approximately 8:04 a.m., police observed two hand-to-hand drug transactions taking place in the 900 block of North Pine Street, according to police. Officers stopped the suspect, 52-year-old Earl White, who acknowledged that he was in possession of heroin, officials said. He was taken into custody without incident.

Police recovered 48 bags of heroin and have charged White with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
