New Castle Rescue crews from the Hollaway Terrace, Good Will, and Delaware City Fire Companies along with marine units and Trooper 4 have responded to the Delaware River in area of the Army Creek for reports of a watercraft in distress.
Initial reports indicate that a jet ski has lost power in the middle of the river.
Trooper 4 has just arrived on scene and is attempting to locate the vessel.
Update: Trooper 4 has located the vessel and has cleared the scene. Marine units are working to make contact with the rider.
