New Castle – Rescue crews from the Wilmington Manor Fire Company, New Castle County Medics and Officers from the Delaware River and Bay Authority Police Department have responded to a crash at the I-295 off-ramp to Route 13 northbound lanes.
The accident has closed the off-ramp. All traffic is being diverted away from the exit.
