Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 8:49 Saturday evening in the 2700 block of Bowers Street.
Police originally said they located a 20-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital in critical condition. On Sunday they said the man succumbed to his injuries.
