Traffic Stop Leads To Heroin Arrest

The Dover Police Department arrested two men following a traffic stop when it was discovered they were in possession of 47 bags of heroin, according to authorities.  Police said that Juwan Guy, 19,and Marvin Farlow, 21, were stopped for an equipment violation in the 1300 Block of Forrest Avenue on Thursday.

Officers said they could smell marijuana in the vehicle during the stop so they utilized K9 Britt to conduct a sniff search of the vehicle.  Police said K9 Britt alerted on the vehicle and officers discovered 47 bags of heroin inside,
