Pedestrian Struck By Semi-Truck In Rehoboth Beach

Rehoboth Beach The Delaware State Police are currently investigating a serious crash involving a pedestrian that occurred today on SR 1 Rehoboth Beach, Director of Public Information Sergeant Richard D. Bratz

rehoboth-ped-accThe initial investigation has determined the crash occurred at approximately 12:04 p.m. this afternoon, Friday, February 17, 2017, on SR 1 southbound in the area of Holland Glade Road and involves a pedestrian and a semi-truck. Injuries are unknown at this time.

SR 1 southbound is closed to one lane from Sea Air Avenue to Shuttle Road and commuters are asked to drive with caution and find alternate routes of travel.

The investigation into this crash is in its early stages. More information will be released at the conclusion of the investigation.
