Magnolia- The Delaware State Police have arrested Quavaugh Williams, 26, of Magnolia and Jaquan Lewis, 19, of Felton, following an investigation into the distribution of illegal drugs, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Melissa Jaffe.
Jaffe said on March 3, 2020 members of the Kent County Drug Unit (KDU), Kent Governor’s Task Force (GTF), and the Dover Police Department’s Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime (DVOC) / Safe Streets Units concluded an investigation into the distribution of illegal drugs. A drug search warrant was obtained and executed at a residence located in the 800 block of Millchop Lane, Magnolia, in the matter of Quavaughn “Quay” Williams and Jaquan Lewis, involving the distribution of Ecstasy and MDMA.
Upon arrival, Williams and Lewis were located inside the residence and taken into custody without incident. Also present in the residence were two children. Jaffe said the execution of the search warrant resulted in the following:
382 Ecstasy pills
5.59 grams of MDMA
Over $9,000 in suspected drug proceeds
Various drug paraphernalia
Williams and Lewis were taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 3 where they were charged with the following:

Possession With Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance Tier 2 Quantity
Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Williams was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on $82200.00 unsecured bond.

Lewis was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on his own recognizance.
