New Castle – The Delaware State Police is investigating a serious crash involving a bicyclist that occurred at approximately 8:01 p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2020, on Rt. 13 in the area of Hares Corner.

The initial investigation has determined that a 2001 GMC Denali, operated by a 36-year-old Delaware City man, was traveling northbound in the center lane of Rt. 13, south of the intersection with Rt. 273.
