Dover – Delaware State Police Troop 3 is issuing a Gold Alert for 17-year-old Hailee Duncan who was reported missing this afternoon, according to Public Information Officer, Corporal/1 Jason Hatchell.
Hatchell said Hailee was last seen today, October 9, 2020 at approximately 1:00 p.m. in the area of Barons Court in Dover.
Hailee is described as a white female, approximately 5’4″, 110 lbs., with long blonde hair. Hailee was last seen wearing green tights and a black/green shirt.
Attempts to locate or communicate with Hailee have been unsuccessful and there is concern for her welfare.
