Just before 7:45 Saturday morning rescue crews from the Millsboro Fire Company, along with Sussex County Medics and Delaware State Police responded to Hardscrabble Road west of Millsboro in the area of Cross Keys Road for a two vehicle accident with reported entrapment.
First arriving reported no entrapment, however, two vehicles were off the roadway into a field.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that two patients were transported to Nanticoke Hospital by ambulance. At least one of the patients was accompanied by Sussex County Medics.
Trooper 2, dispatched to the crash, was recalled by Command.
