On July 15, 2023, at approximately 10:27 p.m., troopers responded to NY Gyro Grill, located at 3541 Philadelphia Pike, for an armed robbery.
Officials said the investigation revealed that an unknown black male entered the store wearing a black face mask and displayed a handgun as he demanded money from the employees.
After the employees gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money, he fled on foot. The troopers who responded to the incident searched the area for the suspect but were unable to locate him.
There were no reported injuries following the incident. The suspect is described as a black male wearing dark-colored clothing.
