Third Victim In Quadruple Shooting Succumbs To Injuries

Wilmington Police announced Wednesday that a third victim has died following the March 24 quadruple shooting at West 7th and North Adams Streets.

Police said 37-year-old Gina Tiberi succumbed to her injuries after being hospitalized in critical condition since the shooting.

Investigators previously identified the two other victims who died as 19-year-old Ryan Evans and 21-year-old Wahkee Tabron, both of Newark. A 36-year-old man also suffered critical injuries in the shooting.

The shooting was reported at approximately 2:23 p.m. on March 24. Officers responding to the area located Evans and Tabron suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a hospital, where they later died. Tiberi and the 36-year-old man were also found wounded and taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The investigation remains ongoing. Wilmington Police have not released information regarding possible suspects or a motive.
