An arrest warrant was obtained and the 15-year-old juvenile was taken into custody at their residence that same day.  In addition, a search warrant was executed at the residence.

The juvenile was transported to Newark Police headquarters where they were charged with one count of felony terroristic threatening.  The juvenile appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #11 by video and was released to a family member pending a future court date.
