Three Reportedly Shot In The City Thursday

Wilmington Police are reportedly investigating three separate shooting incidents that occurred yesterday.

A shooting was reported at 6:42 p.m. on the Unit block of Cedar Street, where authorities found a 34-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital and is reportedly in stable condition.

Another shooting was reported later at 8:53 p.m. on the 200 block of South Heald Street. In this instance, a 43-year-old male victim was found with gunshot injuries. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Additionally, sources have told FSU a man in his twenties was reportedly taken to Wilmington Hospital between 10 and 11 a.m. suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body. Details regarding this incident have not been confirmed by the authorities.
