Man Airlifted After Reported Middletown Stabbing

Police and emergency responders were called to the 200 block of East Hampstead Road in Middletown at approximately on Tuesday evening just after 7:30, for a reported stabbing incident. Upon arrival, they located a 27-year-old male who had sustained an apparent stab wound to the torso according to reports from the scene.

The injured individual was transported by Delaware State Police Aviation’s Trooper 4 to Christiana Hospital. Authorities have not released the victim’s current condition. The incident was described as involving a domestic dispute by sources familiar with the incident.

Initial reports indicated that multiple people may have been injured at the scene. It is not confirmed whether any additional individuals were transported to the hospital.

Police have not issued any public statements regarding the circumstances of the stabbing. No further information, including the identities of those involved or potential charges, has been made available at this time.
