Wilmington Police have identified the man killed in a shooting on Sunday night in the area of East 23rd and Carter Streets as Cleve Wright Sr.
Police were dispatched at approximately 9:02 p.m. and located a 45-year-old male gunshot victim who had succumbed to his injuries. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division continue to investigate the case.
