Laurel – On May 9, 2017 the Laurel Police Department arrested 53-year-old Gary L. Bell of Laurel for allegedly Promoting Sexual Solicitation of a Minor, according to Laurel Police Spokesman Christopher Story.
Investigations allegedly revealed Gary Bell made sexual advancements towards a 13-year-old female, according to Story.
Gary Bell was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of a $8,000.00 secured bond.
