Dagsboro – The Delaware State Police Criminal Investigations Unit is currently investigating an accident at the NRG Energy power plant located at 29416 Power Plant Road, according to Delaware State Police Spokesman Master Corporal Gary Fournier.
Fournier said that the preliminary investigation indicates that the incident occurred around 8:11 a.m. this morning, Tuesday January 31, 2017, when a male subject fell from a roof of the power plant and has died as a result of the fall.
The investigation is in the very early stages.
