Wilmington Manor Motorcycle Crash Sends One To Hospital

Wilmington Manor – This afternoon, at approximately 2:10 pm, New Castle County Paramedics and personnel from the Wilmington Manor Fire Company were dispatched to the intersection of North DuPont Highway and Boulden Blvd., for a motorcycle crash, according to authorities.

Officials said that arriving County Paramedics found a 38-year-old male in the care of Emergency Medical Technicians from the Wilmington Manor Fire Company. The patient was ejected from his motorcycle during the crash and was wearing a helmet. The patient was treated on scene for injuries to the leg and accompanying abrasions. The patient was transported to the Emergency Department at Christiana Hospital on board an ambulance from the Wilmington Manor Fire Company with a New Castle County Paramedic accompanying. The patient was stable at the time of transport.

The Delaware State Police were on scene and are investigating the crash.
