Another Wilmington Shooting Ends With One Dead

Wilmington – On Wednesday, 14 March 2018, at approximately 2:00 am, Wilmington Police were summoned to the 100 block of N. Broom Street for a report of ‘shots fired’.

Upon their arrival, they located a 22-year-old male victim, who was suffering from several gunshot wounds to his torso and he was unresponsive.

Police began life-saving measures, which was turned over to EMS. The victim was transported to the Wilmington Hospital via ambulance where he succumbed to his injuries and he was pronounced deceased at approximately 2:35 am.
