Happening Now: Crash I-295 NB at New Castle Ave, Crews Working To Free Patient

New Castle – Rescue crews from Holliway Terrace, along with mutual aid from across New Castle County, County Medics and Trooper 4 are on scene of a crash with a subject reported trapped.

The crash occurred at I-295 NB at New Castle Avenue just after 10:30 this morning.

Update: The patient has been extricated from the vehicle and is being readied for the flight to the hospital.
