Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 6:11 p.m. in the 1300 block of Cedar Street.
Police located a 23-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
A First State Update reader reported that she heard multiple shots followed by several rescue crew sirens.
