Two Shot In Less Than An Hour, One Dead, One Hospitalized

Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the 500 block of Pine Street.

Officials said police officers arrived to find a 17-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Less than an hour later at approximately 7:56 p.m. officers learned that an 18-year-old male gunshot victim had arrived at the hospital and was listed in stable condition. They believe that incident occurred in the 1000 block of West 7th Street.
