Wilmington Police have identified the 22-year-old shot and killed at approximately 2:38 p.m. in the area of 35th and Locust Streets Saturday.
Police said they located a Ryjee Pinkney suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
