A DART bus was involved in an accident on Route 1 southbound, narrowly avoiding a cross-over accident thanks to a cable barrier.
The incident occurred just before 2:40 p.m. on Friday, in the area between Wrangle Hill Road and the Roth Bridge. Authorities have reported that the left lane of Route 1 southbound just south of Delaware Route 72 is closed due to the crash.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
